Coated Manlids

Guard has its own factory to design and develop PFA lined manlids, halar manlids and rubber manlids.
We use premium raw PFA material from Dupont for these. Our lined manlids are LR certified and suitable for ADR transportation. Please feel free to contact us for technical drawings and questions.

Our PFA material has very good chemical resistance, chemical properties and the material contains components that prevent rapid aging.
Our PFA valves are used for transportation and storage of hazardous loads by companies such as Samsung Electronics, Semiconductor, Liquid Crystal and SK Chemical.

Thanks to one-time forming technology and multi-stage seals on the stem, we guarantee that our manlids are leak-free. Machining, assembly and testing of the manlids are performed in a dust-free workshop to ensure purity.
