Heated Bottom Valves for ADR Tank Containers & Tank Trucks

Our heated bottom valves are specially designed for use on ADR tank containers, road tankers and tank trucks, for the safe transport and discharge of liquids and products that require temperature control or heating during transport and unloading.

The integrated steam heating system with a 3/4" BSP connection allows the valve to be heated quickly and efficiently. This makes the valve particularly suitable for viscous, temperature-sensitive and difficult-to-flow products, helping to maintain the required product temperature and facilitate efficient unloading.

In addition to ADR and chemical applications, heated bottom valves can also be used for the transport of food-grade products and other temperature-sensitive liquids, such as chocolate, fats, oils and other viscous food products where controlled heating is required to maintain flowability during unloading.
