Prices & Delivery Terms
All prices are Ex Works (EXW) unless agreed upon in writing otherwise. Shipment is arranged only at the buyer’s request and is for the buyer’s account and risk.
Carriers
We ship via GLS, PostNL or FedEx. For palletized or non-standard consignments, we will appoint a suitable carrier.
Shipping Costs & Availability
Shipping costs and available service options depend on the weight, dimensions, and delivery address of your order. These are shown at checkout or in our quotation. Any import duties, local taxes, and customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Inspection on Receipt
Please inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. Note any visible damage on the waybill/delivery note and report damage or shortage within 48 hours (including photos) to info@tkguard.eu.
Returns (by prior authorization, B2B only)
Returns are accepted only after prior consultation and written authorization, which includes a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Return conditions:

item unused, in original, undamaged packaging, and complete;

return dispatched within 14 days of RMA issuance;

custom-made, special-order, or used products are not returnable unless required by law or expressly agreed.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are for the buyer, unless the return results from an error attributable to Guard Europe B.V. (e.g. incorrect delivery or demonstrable product defect). In such cases we will provide a return label or reimburse reasonable return costs after consultation.
Inspection & Credit
After receipt and inspection we will credit the product amount via the original payment method. Any re-packaging or inspection fees will only be charged with prior consent.
