Coated Butterfly Valves

Guard has its own factory for the design and production of PFA-lined butterfly valves. For lining, we use high-quality PFA base material from Dupont, which ensures excellent performance and durability. Our butterfly valves are LR certified and meet the requirements for ADR approved transport.

The PFA material used offers exceptional chemical resistance and resists aging thanks to carefully selected additives. Our valves are used worldwide in the transportation and storage of hazardous materials by leading companies such as Samsung Electronics, Semiconductor, Liquid Crystal and SK Chemical.

We supply butterfly valves in the material: 316 stainless steel (SS) with PFA cladding.

By using a one-step forming process and multi-stage seal on the spindle, we guarantee leak-free operation. All machining, assembly and testing takes place in a dust-free environment to ensure a high degree of purity and quality.
