Guard Europe B.V. ("Guard Europe", “we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller for the processing described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to our webshop and website, to communication channels linked to them (e.g., contact forms and e‑mail), and to offline order and service activities insofar as they are tied to webshop processes.
3. Personal data we process
Depending on your interaction with our services, we may process:

4. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes under the GDPR on the following bases:

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including TLS encryption, strict access controls (need‑to‑know), logging/monitoring and periodic reviews. No method is 100% secure; we continuously improve our measures.

Subject to legal conditions, you have the right to:
access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests and at any time to direct marketing; and to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

10. Marketing (B2B)

11. Minors
Our webshop targets professional/business customers and is not intended for individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12. Automated decision‑making
We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example, due to legal changes or updates to our processes. The latest version will always be available on our website, clearly marked with the date of the last update.
