Bottom discharge valves for tank containers & tank trucks (Foot Valves)

Bottom discharge valves, also known as foot valves or foot valves, are essential components for tank containers and tank trucks. They are directly mounted at the tank outlet and form the first safety barrier during the loading and unloading of liquids and chemicals.

At Guard Europe BV we supply high-quality bottom discharge valves designed for maximum safety, control, and chemical resistance. Suitable for ADR transport, industrial applications, and tank container systems.

Our foot valves operate in combination with a secondary shut-off device such as a butterfly valve or ball valve, creating a reliable double shut-off system.

Available versions:
DN80 (3 inch) and DN100 (4 inch), with outlet positions 30°, 45°, 90° and 180°. Available in manual or pneumatic operation.

For aggressive media, we offer coated and lined foot valves with increased chemical resistance and longer service life.

Applications:
Tank containers, tank trucks, bottom discharge systems, chemical and ADR transport.

All products comply with industrial standards and can be supplied with EN 14432 certification where applicable.
