3" Full Bore Ball Valve Steam Heated

This robust 3-inch (DN80) full bore steam heated ball valve has been specifically developed for the chemical transport sector. The valve is ideally suited for installation on ISO tank containers and road tankers used for the safe transport, loading, and unloading of temperature-sensitive or crystallization-prone chemicals and liquids.

Thanks to the integrated steam jacket with 1/2" BSP female thread connections, the product inside the valve body can be maintained at the correct process temperature. This prevents blockages and solidification of the cargo during transport or the discharge process.

Full Bore (Ø76 mm): Ensures maximum discharge flow rates and minimal flow resistance, significantly reducing unloading time at the terminal.

High-Grade Chemical Resistance (CF8M / Stainless Steel 316): Excellent resistance to corrosion and aggressive chemical media.

Hard Seal: Provides a durable, reliable seal at high temperatures up to +220 °C and under severe operating conditions.

Standard Tank Container Flange: Equipped with an 8-hole flange connection (8x Ø18 on PCD 160 mm) for direct mounting onto standard tank flanges.
