Safety valves (PV valves) are an essential part of any safe tank truck installation. Guard supplies an extensive range of safety valves from stock, available in various sizes, pressure settings, and materials. Whether for overpressure, vacuum protection, or use in piping such as steam pipes, we offer a reliable, high-quality solution.

Our valves are made from high-quality 316 stainless steel, with all contact parts also made from this material as standard. This not only guarantees a long service life, but also high corrosion resistance and reliable operation, even under harsh conditions. We also supply PFA-lined safety valves, which are suitable for tank trucks carrying corrosive loads.

All valves comply with applicable international standards, so you are assured of safe and compliant solutions – ideal for ADR transport and other critical applications.

If the pressure setting you require is not available in our standard stock, we offer the option of customizing the pressure, testing it professionally, and then preparing it for delivery.
